This issue has been resolved and the US Portal is now operating normally. There was a temporary issue causing some latency problems but the system has now caught up. All Blue Triangle Portals are now operating normally. Please feel free to reach out to support@bluetriangle.com with any questions.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue where our US Portal (https://portal.bluetriangle.com/) is producing an error when some users log in. Users who are already logged into the US Portal are not affected. The EU Portal (https://portal.bluetriangle.de/) is operating normally and can be used as a workaround as needed. We will update you as soon as we have more information.
